Shipping Policy
We work hard to ship orders quickly.
Orders ship within 1-5 business days after payment is received.
Exceptions are major holidays and birthdays.

Shipping options we use are

For United States -
Priority, Express, First Class Mail, Flat Rate (where applicable).

For Canada -
First Class Mail and UPS (where applicable).

For International - (this is you if you are not in the USA)
First Class Mail Priority International, Flat Rate Mail International (where applicable), Express International (where applicable).

We also offer UPS for customers that prefer that option (in USA and Canada only).

Shipping discounts are available when more than one item is purchased and will be calculated accordingly. We use the combined item weight for multiple purchases, as well as careful packaging to make sure your items arrive intact.
To get combined shipping all items must be paid for on one invoice.

Please email us with any shipping questions before you purchase.

Shipping Insurance
Insurance is mandatory on items/orders over $50.00.
Insurance is encouraged, but it’s not mandatory on all items.
If shipping insurance is optional and is declined by the buyer,
please be aware that once we hand over your package to the carrier, we are NOT responsible for items that are either lost or damaged in transit. You pay for them whether they are lost or damaged.

Packages that are insured and are either lost or damaged in transit,
we will assist in any claims.

All items are packaged to hopefully arrive intact and damage free.

Return Policy
We only accept returns if the item was unintentionally not as described or was the wrong item entirely.

ALL returns must be pre-approved by LLSquared before any return authorization will be given.

We do not sell “on approval” and accept returns ONLY when an item has been unintentionally misrepresented due to an omission or error in the description or missing in the photo, and only with pre-approval by us.

Return shipping charges will only be refunded if we have unintentionally mis-identified something.

Sometimes damage occurs during shipping, and if you paid for insurance, then it is covered. Keep all broken pieces, the packaging, box and contact us.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS. All sales are final on all custom “made to your specs” items, one of a kind items and personalized items.

All items must be paid for within 5 calendar days.

Accept PayPal from VERIFIED accounts and ship to CONFIRMED addresses only.

USA, Canada and International buyers must pay by PayPal only.

International Buyers
Accept only PayPal from VERIFIED accounts and ship to CONFIRMED addresses only.

Only accurate information will be put on customs forms.

Any duty or taxes charged by your government, the freight carrier or postal service is the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping times vary a lot depending on country and carriers and can take from 10 to 14 business days and up to 28 business days to arrive.

Thank you for your patience as the shipping time is out of our hands once we hand it to the carrier.
